Rental Terms & Conditions
Requirements:

- Proof of insurance
- Security deposit: $500
- Minimum age: 25 years
- Commercial driver's license may be required
Rental Policies:
- Minimum rental period: 1 day
- Pickup time: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Return time: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Late returns subject to additional charges
- Fuel: Return with same fuel level
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
- 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
Damage & Liability:
- Renter responsible for damage during rental period
- Insurance coverage required
- Pre-rental inspection documented
- Post-rental inspection required
